The organization of the HANTARU 2024 event for the Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) is a large-scale outdoor event management project designed to commemorate a strategic moment in the field of agrarian and spatial planning. As the event organizer, this project encompasses the coordination of a magnificent main stage infrastructure, the installation of audio and visual systems through giant LED screens for documenting activities, and crowd management involving hundreds of participants wearing themed uniforms. The main focus of this execution is to create a dynamic and inclusive celebratory atmosphere, as seen in the integration of entertainment elements such as balloon releases and musical performances on stage, while ensuring that the message of inter-agency synergy is conveyed professionally through organized area arrangements.
