This automotive and adventure event management project, titled “Agra Xplore Alam Siosar,” is an exclusive event that brings together the off-road community and nature lovers in an exploration experience in the highlands of Siosar. As part of the outdoor event management portfolio, this project involves complex logistical coordination in challenging terrain, ranging from the installation of branding attributes such as large-scale thematic backdrops, management of technical vehicle parking areas, to arranging accommodation for participants at the event location. Collaborating with strategic partners such as the Indonesia Offroad Federation (IOF), the event successfully created a platform for 4x4 enthusiasts to test their skills while promoting local natural tourism potential, demonstrating our ability to execute hobby-based events with professional safety and organizational standards in remote locations.
